OVERVIEW

  • The course is for Christian families, but non-Christian families will feel comfortable watching the videos.

  • The course is best suited for:

    • Families with young children wanting to set a strong foundation early, so they can avoid problems later.

    • Families experiencing disrespect, contempt, and chaos who know they need to make significant changes to get their family back on track.

  • The course is designed for: individual families, churches, small groups, Sunday Schools, and academic settings.

  • Our heart is simple: help as many parents as possible.

We cover both the biblical foundations of parenting and the practical tools for living them out in the day-to-day home. We also cover topics frequently not covered in Christian parenting material like: deciding to err on the side of being too strict or too lenient, why behavior should not be your primary focus, separating your role as a parent from God's role in your child's life, the simplest way to set expectations and boundaries, using one child's mistake as a teaching moment for all, why shame is more dangerous than most parents realize, and the one word the absolute best parents use to define their role.

THE COURSE…

  • videos are between 2 to 12 minutes, with most being around 4 to 6 minutes.

  • has 8 modules, each dealing with a set of parenting concepts: foundations, common mistakes, how-to’s, best practices, etc..

  • modules can be viewed in any order, but most people will view them from 1st to last.

  • videos have downloadable homework to help parents plan and apply this material in the lessons.

  • will be on a course-hosting platform where parents can see and track their progress.

  • NOTE: Videos on Proverbs, Deuteronomy, Ephesians/Colossians have not been filmed yet, so there are no samples currently available.
